A deposit must accompany the chapel rental contract in order to confirm your wedding date. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date up to nine months prior to the original wedding date.
All wedding costs must be paid in full prior to your wedding day. Your payment due date will be indicated on the contract, and an itemized invoice will be sent to you approximately one week prior to your wedding date. Personal checks and money orders made payable to UNW or the University of Northwestern - St. Paul are accepted. Credit card payments are also accepted.
The chapel deposit will be refunded only if the chapel is rebooked for the same date and time by another group. A signed letter requesting the cancellation is required to make the date available for rebooking.
Fines may be assessed for damage or violation of policies:
